These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Gobstock, including the Gobstock mobile application, website, beta programme and related services.
By creating an account, joining the beta, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using Gobstock, you agree to these Terms.
About Gobstock
Gobstock is operated by Brand Visible Ltd, company number 16538140.
Gobstock is a digital knowledge-capture and AI-assisted productivity platform designed to help users capture thoughts, voice recordings, text, images and other information, identify themes and patterns, retrieve previous material and generate ideas, content and other outputs from information they have captured.
In these Terms, “Gobstock”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Brand Visible Ltd in connection with the Gobstock service.
Who may use Gobstock
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Gobstock account unless we expressly permit otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Gobstock is lawful in the country or territory from which you access it.
If you use Gobstock on behalf of a company, organisation or other business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Your account
You may need to create an account to use some or all Gobstock features. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Beta and early access
Gobstock may be made available through beta, preview or early-access programmes while features are still being developed and tested.
The current Gobstock founding beta is offered free of charge to selected approved testers. Applying for the beta does not guarantee acceptance, and we may limit the number of participants or choose participants based on the needs of the testing programme.
Approved founding beta testers are not required to purchase a subscription or provide payment in order to participate in the beta.
Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, errors or unexpected behaviour. During a beta we may add, remove or alter functionality, restrict access to features, perform maintenance, migrate data or make technical changes to the service.
We may occasionally ask beta testers to provide feedback about their experience, including what works well, what is unclear, what causes problems and what they would find useful.
You should not use the beta as the sole repository for information that is business-critical or cannot reasonably be replaced.
Beta access does not guarantee permanent access to Gobstock or to any particular feature.
When the beta ends, beta access may end unless you choose to take up a paid subscription or other offer that we make available. Participation in the beta does not automatically enrol you into a paid subscription and does not authorise us to charge you.
Your captures and content
You retain ownership of the material you upload, record, type or otherwise provide to Gobstock, including voice recordings, text, photographs, images and other captures.
Using Gobstock does not transfer ownership of your original content to Brand Visible Ltd.
You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, analyse, transcribe, transform and display your content where reasonably necessary to provide Gobstock to you, including generating insights, search results, connections and requested outputs.
This licence exists only so that we can operate Gobstock and is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Your responsibility for what you capture
You must only upload, record or process material that you have the right or lawful authority to use.
You must not knowingly use Gobstock for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute malicious software, or to interfere with the operation or security of Gobstock.
If you record a conversation involving another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have any permission or lawful basis required to record and process that conversation.
AI-generated insights and outputs
Gobstock uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to help analyse captures and generate connections, themes, suggestions, content and other outputs.
AI systems are not infallible. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable or based on a misunderstanding of the material provided.
You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, publishing or acting upon it.
Gobstock does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Your voice and generated content
Gobstock may use information and preferences associated with your account to help produce material intended to reflect your own ideas, tone or communication style.
We do not guarantee that generated content will perfectly reflect your tone, opinions, intentions or style. You remain responsible for anything you choose to publish or use.
Gobstock intellectual property
Gobstock's software, branding, designs, interface, systems, functionality, databases and original materials are owned by Brand Visible Ltd or licensed to us.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Gobstock or its intellectual property to you.
Except where permitted by law, you must not copy substantial parts of Gobstock, attempt to extract its source code, reverse engineer the service, remove proprietary notices, resell access without permission or use Gobstock to reproduce or build a substantially competing service.
Subscriptions and pricing
Some Gobstock features may require a paid subscription once the relevant free beta, trial or early-access period has ended.
The price, billing frequency, included features and any introductory or promotional offer will be shown before you purchase.
A paid subscription only begins when you actively choose to subscribe and complete the applicable purchase or payment process.
Unless stated otherwise when you subscribe, recurring subscriptions continue for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Free trials
We may offer free trials of paid Gobstock subscriptions from time to time. The duration of the trial, the subscription that follows it and the applicable price will be displayed before you sign up.
If a free trial automatically becomes a paid subscription, this will be made clear before the trial begins and any payment information required will be collected as part of that process.
The Gobstock founding beta described in these Terms is separate from a standard subscription free trial. Founding beta participation does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Founding-user and beta offers
Approved participants in the initial Gobstock founding beta may use Gobstock free of charge during the beta testing period.
When the founding beta ends, eligible founding testers may be offered the option to continue with Full Gobstock for £14.50 per month instead of the standard £29 per month price.
Taking up the founding-user subscription is entirely optional. Beta participation will not automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will not be charged unless you actively choose to continue.
Where the founding rate is described as remaining available while your subscription stays active, the promotional price will continue while that qualifying subscription remains active, subject to the specific conditions provided with the offer.
If you cancel a founding-user subscription and later choose to return to Gobstock, the founding rate may no longer be available.
Any additional conditions applying to a founding, beta or promotional offer will be shown when the offer is made.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Where Gobstock is downloaded or purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play, some aspects of distribution, payment, subscription management, cancellation or refunds may also be governed by the relevant platform's terms.
Apple or Google may process payments independently from Brand Visible Ltd.
Cancellation and consumer rights
If you use Gobstock as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be removed by these Terms.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation mechanism applicable to the place where you purchased it, such as your Gobstock account, Apple's App Store or Google Play.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal while allowing access for the remainder of a period already paid for.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to pricing
We may change Gobstock's prices from time to time.
Where a change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide appropriate advance notice where required.
We will not retrospectively change the price of a billing period you have already paid for.
Availability and changes to Gobstock
We aim to keep Gobstock reliable and available, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Gobstock may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may improve, replace, add or remove functionality as the product develops.
Third-party services
Gobstock relies on third-party services for functions that may include infrastructure, authentication, storage, artificial intelligence, analytics, communications and app distribution.
Some third-party services may also be subject to their own terms or privacy information.

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in the Gobstock Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect Gobstock and the information entrusted to it.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices reasonably secure.
Deleting captures and accounts
Gobstock may provide tools allowing you to delete captures and other information associated with your account.
You may also request or initiate account deletion where that functionality is available.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs or technical systems, or where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user materially breaches these Terms, uses Gobstock unlawfully, creates a material security risk, interferes with the service or fails to pay amounts properly due.
Where appropriate, we will try to provide notice before taking action unless immediate action is reasonably required.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your failure to follow reasonable instructions, reliance on unreviewed AI-generated material, failure to protect your account credentials, third-party services outside our control or events we could not reasonably have prevented.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Gobstock, new functionality, legal requirements, security needs or changes to how the service is provided.
Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under mandatory laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes any legal right you have to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
